Can you believe it’s football season already!?  I can already feel those warm Fall days and cool Fall nights.  Whether you are rooting for your favorite high school, college, or professional team, tailgating is a must this time of year.  Most of the food usually served at tailgating events can be pretty greasy and fattening.  A little of this is fine in moderation, but an overindulgence is never good for those beach bodies you worked for since January.  We can all agree we tend to eat a little more when it gets colder, but there are ways you can make healthy decisions for your next tailgate.  These following recipes are yummy, healthy alternatives for some of your favorite tailgate foods.
